• The platform or its content will meet every individual user’s expectations or requirements.

• Any user will find a marriage partner through the platform.
• Any match suggested or surfaced by ZUFUF’s AI system or representative team will result in a successful Rishta, engagement, or marriage.
• Any match will be free of personal incompatibilities not captured during the profile or session process.
• Any marriage resulting from a ZUFUF-facilitated introduction will be free of difficulties or will be permanent.

ZUFUF’s AI matching system uses compatibility data provided during the profile-building process and psychologist sessions to generate ranked match suggestions. This system is a tool — not a guarantee. Compatibility assessments are based on stated preferences and psychological profiling; they do not predict with certainty the quality or longevity of any relationship.

Fees paid to ZUFUF cover access to platform services, psychologist sessions, representative support, and matching features. They do not constitute payment for a guaranteed marital outcome, and no fee is refundable on the basis that a match was not found, unless otherwise specified in ZUFUF’s Refund Policy.

ZUFUF’s paid, premium, and abroad-finding plans include a structured session with a certified psychologist representative. The purpose of this session is exclusively to:

• Build an accurate and representative profile of the user for matrimonial matching purposes.
• Understand the user’s values, expectations, personality, and preferences in the context of marriage.
• Discuss relevant cultural, religious, and personal matters (including Mehr and Nafaqa where applicable for Muslim users) to ensure a thorough profile.

The psychologist representative operating within ZUFUF’s platform acts in the capacity of a trained profile facilitator and matrimonial advisor, not as a treating clinician. Information shared during the session is used solely for the purposes of profile creation and matchmaking facilitation and is subject to the confidentiality protections outlined in this Privacy Policy.

ZUFUF is not liable for any psychological, emotional, or mental health outcomes that a user may associate with their participation in a platform session.

ZUFUF is committed to maintaining the authenticity of profiles on its platform and operates document verification processes as a core differentiator. Users on paid, premium, and abroad-finding plans are required to submit government-issued identification and supporting documents. However:

• ZUFUF’s verification process relies on documents submitted voluntarily by users. ZUFUF cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that every submitted document is authentic, unaltered, or currently valid.
• Verification confirms the identity and stated credentials of a user at the time of registration. It does not verify character, personal behaviour, undisclosed assets or liabilities, relationship history, or any information not directly supported by submitted documentation.
• In the event that a user submits fraudulent or misleading documents, that user bears full legal and personal responsibility for the consequences of such misrepresentation. ZUFUF reserves the right to immediately terminate the account of any user found to have provided false information and to refer the matter to the relevant Pakistani authorities.
• Document copies submitted for verification are stored securely and used exclusively for the verification purpose. They are never shared with other users, families, or third parties except where required by law.

The ZUFUF platform may contain links to external websites, partner services, or third-party resources including but not limited to payment processors, hotel and honeymoon package providers, wedding photography partners, and other services forming part of ZUFUF’s planned ecosystem expansion.

ZUFUF does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, terms of service, or conduct of any third-party website or service. Users who access third-party services through ZUFUF do so at their own risk and are advised to read the privacy policies and terms of those services independently.

ZUFUF is not liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction arising from a user’s use of any third-party service, even where that service was accessed through a ZUFUF recommendation, referral, or partnership link.
